The foam is surprisingly tacky even on icy boots—held my back foot steady through some bumpy runs. Cutting the four pieces into custom shapes was quick and they’ve stayed put after two days of hard riding.

The pieces have been through three days of riding and still haven't budged, even with slushy snow. I love that I could position them exactly where my back foot lands instead of dealing with one big pre-shaped pad.
