Took this out in some solid head-high surf and the six-foot length gave me plenty of room without ever feeling tangled. The thicker cord is reassuring when you’re getting thrashed around on the inside.

The double swivels on this leash actually hold up in overhead surf, which was my main concern. It feels sturdy without being overly stiff, and the cuff padding is comfortable even after a long session.
