Wore these for a three hour session and my heels didn't blister once, which used to happen every single time. The neoprene is thin enough that my fins still fit snug without pinching.

The 3mm neoprene makes these feel like a second skin once you get them on, and I didn't get any chafing during a two-hour session. My fins finally stay locked in place without me having to constantly kick them back into position.

First session out, my heels kept sliding around in the fins — these socks fixed that completely. The 3mm neoprene adds just enough grip that I didn't have to think about my feet for two straight hours.
